Worms wonderful Worms!! Last Thursday the Year 6 Sustainability Leaders presented their amazing worm game at the Sustainable Schools Festival at St Kilda Town Hall. Their worm game called, Wormopoly was a big hit with the other schools and they loved learning about the importance of having worms in your garden. Have you seen our beautiful biodiversity garden lately? A bunch of wonderful green team parents and volunteers have been busy installing signage, insect hotels and upgraded poles to further tempt our native birds.

No Waste Wednesday began with a total of 7 families and 1 teacher involved in our very first collection. We collected a total of 7.78kg of food scraps! A great effort for our first ever collection! We had loads of positive feedback from parents who thought it was a great idea and lots of enthusiastic children. We are hoping to have more families and community members on board each week :)
