St Columba's gets a big green tick for steam cleaning our bay
St Columba's recently received the big green tick of approval for completing its successful Operation STEAM Clean the Bay three-year project and associated reporting.

The school won over $75,000 in grant funding back in 2017 for our detailed grant application - developed through the hard work and dedication of our Green Team parents and the Port Phillip Eco Centre.

Ride2School Day & International Day of Happiness
On Friday 19th March, our school participated in Ride2School Day and International Day of Happiness. We had nearly every Year Prep-4 ride, scoot, skate, walk or take public transport to school! What a huge effort! The students were treated to a delicious healthy breakfast as they arrived.

Students wore bright coloured clothing to celebrate International Day of Happiness and loved listening to fun and uplifting music during the day. It was great to come together as a whole school to enjoy...

What we all missed this year was the connection with people we love. Staying connected was not easy, but we did it. For us as a school community it is also time to get back together (restrictions considering) and make new memories. We asked the children what 'connection' meant to them and translated that into 9 artworks. St.Columba's Primary School have a little kitchen garden overflowing with healthy parsley and mint. It is well looked after by dedicated parents with some help from our students.
