Fete 2018 – St Columba’s Primary, Elwood

Is it a carnival? Is it a fair? It’s St Columba’s Centenary Fete 2018 – the ultimate celebration for students, parents, teachers, past students, the Elwood neighbourhood and the wider community.

Let’s celebrate 100 years of the Little School with the Big Heart!  Presented and organised by the St Columba’s Parent and Friends Association, our fete celebrates our unique local community and raises funds for our school.

We’ve got rides, amusements, camels, Harley Davidson bike rides, an animal farm, live music, a silent disco, face painting, a gourmet BBQ and much more. We hope you and your family, and all of the friends from the Community will join us on Saturday 8th December for what will be a festive and fun-filled day.

Date: Saturday 8th of December
Time: 3pm – 8pm
Location: St Columba’s Primary School,
24 Glen Huntly Road, Elwood
(nr Glen Huntly Rd, Ormond Rd and Broadway roundabout)

We need your help…

Profits from the St Columba’s Centenary Fete will go towards providing wonderful facilities for our children. With funds made from previous fetes, parents purchased new play equipment for our constantly improving playground. With your help, we can continue to improve the schools facilities, benefiting all children.

Help on a stall

We are looking for parents, older siblings and alumni volunteers to help on our stalls – see our Volunteer page for tasks and available shifts.

The Class Stalls are the Gourmet BBQ, the Bar, The Cake Stall, Lucky Jar, Choc or Drop Crazy Hair. The shifts are only for 1 hour, so you will have plenty of time to enjoy the day with your family.
