Beginning in February each year we advertise our open days and school tours. During this time we contact parents who have expressed interest or who have already enrolled at our school.
Offers of a place are made by 30 April. Once parents accept the offer, an appointment is made to meet formally with the parish priest to discuss your commitment to a Catholic education for your child.
To complete the enrolment process, parents are asked to pay the school’s curriculum levy, which is then deducted from the next year’s school fees.
During Terms 2 – 4 we invite new children and families to participate in the many school community events that we have.
All new families to the school are assigned a “buddy family”. This is an existing family at the school who are there to help orient you into the school community and answer any questions that you may have before commencing at the school.
Commencing in October each year, new Prep students undertake the Prep Orientation program.
The orientation program is made up of three morning sessions 9am – 11am. All children commencing Prep join their class teacher and participate in activities that assist with transitioning to school.
A parent information night is held after these sessions which is a great opportunity for parents to ask questions and meet teachers and school leaders.
As part of the Prep transition process, Prep students are assigned a Buddy. This is a Year 6 student who will help support the Prep students during their first year at school.
We also invite all our new preps and their families to the Prep Welcome Mass, held on a Saturday evening in November.
