Last Friday was the National Walk Safely to School Day (WSTSD) – an annual event when all primary school children around Australia are encouraged to walk and commute safely to school.
St Columba’s kids popped on their runners and did their bit to take part in the morning – walking, jogging, riding and scooting to school.
To reward them for their efforts, the wonderful team at Woolworths St Kilda donated boxes of delicious fresh fruit for breakfast.
Thank you to Woolworths St Kilda and to everyone that took part in the morning. It was a big tick for healthy, active bodies and a big tick for the environment.
